Kootenai River Days events begin next week

| June 29, 2017 1:00 AM

This is just a reminder from the Bonners Ferry Chamber of Commerce, that Kootenai River Days-2017, from July 4-8, is coming up and this year’s event should be especially exciting with events from the Bull Bash, to Comedians at the Kootenai River Inn, the Rotary Wine Walk and a Street Fair in downtown Bonners Ferry with vendors, arts, crafts, FREE bouncy castles and musicians, including special guest the Tru North Band, hitting the stage Saturday night, after the Bull Bash, at 8:30 p.m. on Bonner Street in downtown Bonners Ferry.

The Chamber is still currently taking applications for vendors for our Street Fair on Saturday, July 8. Vendor spots are $25 each except for vendors or FREE for Chamber members or organizations who are only looking to pass out information at the event. If you are interested in a vendor spot, please contact Melinda at bonnersferrychamber@gmail.com.

Chamber President, Mike Listman has kindly offered to man our Chamber booth this year during the Street Fair. This booth will allow Chamber members the opportunity to pass out information on the area and our local businesses. If you would like to include information at this booth, please feel free to contact Mike at mike@techpartner.pro to include your businesses.

* Tickets are now on sale for both the Rotary Wine Walk and for Comedy Night at the Kootenai River Inn.

The Wine Walk will be Thursday, July 6. For those of you who attended last year, this event was a BLAST! An absolute blast! Tickets are $25 a piece and are currently on sale through Mandy’s Gift Gallery and Riverside Auto Center.

On Friday, July 7, the Kootenai River Inn will be hosting comedians. Tickets are $5 each for this event and can be purchased at Mandy’s Gift Gallery, Riverside Auto Center and the Kootenai River Inn.

Both events are 21+, seating is limited, so you better get your tickets quick!

Last, but most certainly not least, I am including our updated Kootenai River Days calendar of events! Please feel free to print it out and share it with your friends or share it on your Facebook accounts.
