NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PREAPPROVED CONSULTANT SERVICES The City of Bonners Ferry herein solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's)for the purpose of establishing a preapproved list for professional design and engineering related services pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-2320(2)(h). This solicitation seeks to determine the qualifications of professional firms with expertise in Transportation Master Planning. A selection committee will evaluate and rank firms based on the following criteria: 20% on format and following directions, 40% on team expertise, and 40% on team project experience. The selection committee will also include and rank all firms that provided SOQ's for the Traffic Engineering and Transportation Master Planning category for the City's 2016 and 2017 SOQ requests. The City will select the top firms in this category for interviews, with a committee recommendation to City Council for approval of the most highly rated firm. Content of the SOQ shall be as follows: 1. Introduction, Organization of Firm, Location of Staff Resources that would be used on the project, (2 pages max). One of these two pages can be a cover letter if desired. Inclusion of sub-consultants is not allowed; qualifications shall be based solely on the applicant. 2. Transportation master planning qualification sheets (1 page max). Applicant shall include the firm's project experience (5 projects minimum) listing names and brief descriptions of projects. Provide names and qualifications of staff who would be assigned to key positions in the execution of the work (this may be an org chart or listing). An Idaho Professional Engineer shall be identified for each engineer assumed to be in responsible charge of assigned projects. 3. At least 3 client references. (1 page max for all combined references), including name, position, address and phone number for 1) current or ongoing projects with respect to transportation master planning, 2) projects completed within the last three years (if current or ongoing projects are not available). NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby provided that public hearings pursuant to I.C. 67-6509 and I.C. 67-6511 and Bonners Ferry City Code have been set for the City of Bonners Ferry Planning and Zoning Commission for JULY 20, 2017 AT 5:30PM at Bonners Ferry City Hall to consider recommendations to the City Council for the following: File #AM08-17 Title 12 VIOLATIONS AND REMEDIES- The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to Title 12, Subdivision Chapter to consider changes to the text to amend provisions within Chapter 1, Sections 1 and 8 concerning violations and remedies for land divisions. The City seeks to amend the language by removing the misdemeanor violations and replacing it with remedies and compliance measures.
