Do You Remember: Fire Equipment
The Firemen in this picture were receiving a new piece of equipment. Do you know who the men are?
What year it may have been? Did you ever have to use this equipment?
If you have an answer, please email doyouremember@meadowcrk.com. If you would like to stay anonymous, just let us know.
The ladies in last week’s picture must remain anonymous as no one came forward with their names.
The museum thinks this was a float for the fair royalty, as the cloak worn by the one young lady looks like the one the fair just donated to the museum.
From the picture, several weeks ago, Virginia Howard also recognized Meekers Machine Shop. She said the steam engine was used to run equipment.
