Boundary Abstract relocates

Locally owned title insurance and escrow company Boundary Abstract has been serving residents of Boundary County since 1915.
Boundary Abstract has predominantly been owned by the Wilson family, with the late Attorney Peter B. Wilson purchasing the company in 1968, and his son Tim Wilson who purchased the business in July of 2011.
Sharlene Delaney, who had started working at Boundary Abstract in 1981, said she never imagined that one day she would become the owner.
Delaney officially became owner December 2011.
The company is now located at the top of the South Hill, in a beautiful 1920s house.
“We bought the building at the end of August, remodeled in September, and settled in on February first,” Delaney said.
Delaney said a date has not been set for an open house at this time, but the ladies at Boundary Abstract said that they cannot wait to show off the new location to their customers.
