Robert Allen Fulton, Jr., was born Oct. 12, 2017 at Bonner General Hospital in Sandpoint, Idaho. He is the son of Robert and Elizabeth Fulton of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, and weighed 8 pounds, 1.7 ounces and was 21.5 inches long at birth.

He is welcomed by a big brother, John, and a big sister, Kyla. Maternal grandparents are Bernadette and Michael Bonner of Bonners Ferry. Paternal grandparents are Tim and Annette Fulton of Bonners Ferry.
