Hamburger Vegetable Soup

1 lb lean ground beef or any ground meat you would like to use
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium potatoes, diced
3½ cups broth
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes with juice
1 can condensed tomato soup or one 32 oz container of Pacific roasted red pepper and tomato soup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
salt & pepper to taste
3 cups mixed vegetables fresh of frozen
Brown onion & meat until no pink remains in meat. Add garlic, potatoes, broth, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning & bay leaf. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in vegetables. Simmer 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
