Boundary County's 2018 'First Baby of Spring'

March 20, 2018 marked the first day of Spring. In celebration of agriculture and new beginnings, Boundary County Farm Bureau would like to announce this year’s first baby of spring, Uriah Shane Foutch.
Uriah was born March 21 to Esther and Shane Foutch.
Farm Bureau Women’s Committee Chair, Kristy Kellogg, had the pleasure of presenting a basket filled with baby gifts, including a baby quilt made by Virginia Cowley, to Uriah and his family. Helping to celebrate her little brother is sister Sophia.
