NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Boundary County Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 PM Thursday, May 17th, 2018 in the main courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on a Conditional Use Application 18-084 by David Wood. This application deals with establishing a second residence on parcel # RP63N01E234811A and applies to Ordinance 9B18LOV1 and specifically to Section 15.10.5. Conditional Uses; Section 15.10.5.3.
