Whistling a foul on court plans

Wow! Seems the City of Bonners Ferry has money left over from a grant they received and it’s burning a hole in their pocket!

They approached the City Council of Moyie Springs with the following idea. The City of Bonners Ferry would buy land at the corner of Westwood Drive and North Division and install tennis/basketball court(s). The City of Moyie Springs would then rent/pay the City of Bonners Ferry for use.

The plan already has the “for da kids” stamp of approval. What’s not to like?
