Leslie David Thomas, 67, of Glendive, Mont., passed away July 10, 2018, in Billings, Mont. Leslie was born Feb. 24, 1951, to Leslie Morton Thomas of Dairy, Ore., and Frankie May Lawson of Farmington, N.M.

Leslie is preceded in death by his late father. Leslie is survived by his mother, Frankie May Thomas, his sister Helen Thomas, brothers Doug Thomas and Stan Hepler. Leslie had four boys: Jeremy (Sabrina) Thomas of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Chad Thomas of Sidney, Mont., Josh (Amber) Thomas of Williston, N.D., and Derek (Angel) Thomas of Glendive, Mont. All together David shared the love of nine grandchildren who he loved and adored.

David enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping with his boys. David worked as a heavy equipment operator for a large portion of his life before relocating to Eastern Montana to be closer to his family until his last days. The family is holding a celebration of life for David for close family and friends.
