Fire Danger Raised

Fire danger in North Idaho has increased to Very High due to the continuing and forecasted hot and dry conditions. Burn permits are being issued by Idaho Department of Lands for burn barrels only. Individuals responsible for the start of wildfires may be held liable for the cost of suppression efforts.
