Singer/songwriter Brittany Jean comes to the Pearl

Brittany Jean, an award-winning Americana singer/songwriter living in the Pacific Northwest, has spent the past two years touring from coast to coast, captivating audiences with her haunting melodies and her acoustic guitar. She’ll be at The Pearl on Friday, June 8, at 7 p.m., with doors opening at 6 p.m.

Originally hailing from Chicago and recently living in the tiny apple country of Brewster, Wash., Brittany has delighted audiences all over Washington state, especially as her sensitive vocals, sometimes likened to Alison Krauss, performed her original song, “Wildfire” that became an “anthem” to the Carlton Complex Wildfires (Methow Valley News).

Brittany Jean prides herself on providing family-friendly entertainment for audiences everywhere, peppering her original music with covers by those whose styles influenced hers: artists like John Denver, Emmylou Harris and Gordon Lightfoot. She recently toured Oregon, Alabama, Illinois, Tennessee, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin, sharing her country and folk style with music lovers from farmers markets to wineries to full auditoriums.

Brittany just released the third of her professional albums, “Wander With Me,” from Hilltop Recording Studios in Nashville, Tenn. According to Stormcave, “Brittany Jean’s vocals combined with Nashville’s finest studio musicians makes for an enchanting and delightful listen ...”

As she visits The Pearl, Brittany hopes to meet fellow wanderers to experience the love of music with them.
