BONNERS FERRY — National Team Idaho members Eli Richards, Kyle Smith, Evan Barajas, Austin Madden, and Jackson Rickter traveled to Post Falls last Saturday for a four day training camp with various kids from around the state of Idaho to prepare for the U.S.A. Cadet National Dual Tournament in Spokane, that began last Wednesday and finished Sunday.

According to the boys, this was by far the toughest tournament that they have wrestled in so far as they all had over 12 tough matches against the best kids in the country throughout the four days in both freestyle and Greco Wrestling. They gain a tremendous amount of experience as this will prepare the boys for High School next year.

All in all, Bonners Ferry had seven boys on the Schoolboy (Andrew Sandelin and Marcus Regehr) and Idaho Cadet National Teams this year and six of them will be on our high school team next year.
