ORDINANCE NO. 573 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BONNERS FERRY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, AMENDING BONNERS FERRY CITY CODE TITLE ONE, CHAPTER SEVEN, ARTICLE D, SECTION THREE PERTAINING TO DUTIES OF THE CITY ENGINEER OF THE CITY OF BONNERS FERRY; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT FROM AND AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW. WHEREAS, The Council has determined that the code description for the duties of the City Engineer is in need of updating to most accurately describe the duties and responsibilities of the position.
