What experience, expertise, or background do you feel qualifies you for this position?

I was formally trained in Tax Accounting in Germany and I’ve been involved in the accounting field for the past 30 years. In addition I was Assistant Publisher for 12 years with a multi-million dollar company. As Assistant Publisher I managed at least 10 employees. As for Boundary County I worked in the Treasurer’s office and have an understanding on how the city offices function and feel I can improve the environment and workflow.

I attributed my past success to having a positive attitude and fostering a team environment with my colleagues. This led to increased productivity and solid revenue growth year in and year out.

What do you hope to accomplish if elected?

I would implement measures to improve more public trust and confidence through fairness and integrity. I will focus my energies to foster improved working relationships with all departments who interact with the Clerk’s office.
