What do you hope to accomplish if elected?
I am running for your next County Commissioner because I believe leadership, problem solving, and fiscal responsibility are key attributes necessary for county governance. The county is facing some important issues such as: continued funding for Roads and Bridges, development and continued maintenance of infrastructure, Landfill Enhancements, keeping our public lands open to the public and managing our natural resources locally are just a few of the challenges ahead. I believe that the timber and agricultural industries are an essential part of this county’s history and economy and I would be supportive of those industries. Additionally, I would be supportive of any new industry(s) that would blend into our environment, provide jobs and enhance our economy. If I’m honored by being elected as one of your County Commissioners I will work with the other officials on local economic development, I will listen to what you have to say and be a good steward of our tax dollars.
