Free martial arts demo

| November 8, 2018 12:00 AM

Boundary Martial Arts, in Moyie Springs, is celebrating nine years of doing business here in the county. A big, “Thank You” to everyone who has participated in the program!

On Nov. 10, at 2 p.m. BMA will host a free “hands on” demonstration class for anyone who wants to learn more about stand up fighting/ sparring/ certain weapons/ board breaking and more.

Mr. & Mrs. Lavala are looking forward to seeing everyone come out and get a taste of what is offered in the Dojang. The word, dojang, is the Korean word that simply means studio or place of study. The Lavalas have been involved with Taekwondo for the past 16 years and enjoy seeing everyone reach their maximum potential while training.

In order to participate you must be at least five years old and if you are a teenager, please either go online and print a waiver form or have your parent or guardian come with you to fill one out. You can get the waiver and see what Boundary Martial Arts is all about at: www.boundaryma.com

BMA will be offering another FREE demonstration class in the month of December or January. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Lavala at 208-304-6717 or go online and submit your questions using our submission form.

Again, the Lavalas want to thank this wonderful community for allowing them to train both their children and anyone willing to step out of the norm.
