NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby provided that a public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code 67-6509 and Bonners Ferry City Code has been set for the City of Bonners Ferry Planning and Zoning Commission for NOVEMBER 29, 2018 AT 5:30PM at Bonners Ferry City Hall to consider a recommendation to the City Council for the following: File #AM02-18 - Amendment to Future Land Use Map: The City of Bonners Ferry has initiated an amendment to its comprehensive plan "Future Land Use Map" to designate as "Residential" those lands within the Area of City Impact (ACI) that have not been previously designated on the map. The boundary of the ACI has been mutually agreed upon by the City and Boundary County. Land within the ACI remains under the jurisdiction of Boundary County. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend the hearing or provide written response. Any written comment greater than one (1) page must be submitted at least six (6) days prior to the meeting. Written material not exceeding one (1) page may be read into the record the day of the hearing.
