Sharon R. Hunstiger

Sharon R. Hunstiger, 75, passed away on Nov. 25, 2018, at her home near Bonners Ferry after three years of dealing with cancer.

She was born Sharon Rosalie Oakes in Dayton, Ohio, on Oct. 20, 1943; she graduated from Xenia High School in 1961 and had a 45-year career as an administrative assistant and commercial property manager. Her marriage to Jim in 1986 lasted 32 years. She enjoyed raising Alpacas and caring for her two 100-plus pound dogs, Roscoe and Drago.

Sharon is survived by her husband Jim, son Shane J. Cuddson, his daughter Alexandra, stepdaughter Dawn M. Osborn, her son Adam, stepdaughter Shana A. Price, her son Andrew, two brothers, Charles and Victor, a step sister Cindy and stepbrother Bret. She was preceded in death by both of her parents and her younger brother, LeRoy.
