AUTHOR: Former resident to sign latest book

Former resident Ginger Lawrence will be back in town for a special event at Bonners Books on Tuesday, Sept. 25, at 6:30 p.m. She will give a reading from her newly published book, “In the Silver Maple Tree” (a humorous, inspirational autobiography starting with her adoption at age two through tumultuous teen years). Ginger will also sign books and talk about her experiences with editing/publishing.

Ginger lived in Bonners Ferry in the 1970s and 80s and most of her family is still here. Today she lives in Jacksonville, Ore., and, and at age 84, actively works in Interior Design. She is putting finishing touches on her second book, with plans for a third, and last month had a book signing at Barnes & Noble in Medford.
