Second Harvest Food Truck

Second Harvest food distribution is today

Today, Aug. 15, Second Harvest food truck will once again arrive in Bonners Ferry at the Trinity Lutheran Church parking lot at 6784 Cody Street from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

There are no requirements to participate and the food is available to all those who need it. Bring a box, bags, and a means to transport the food to ones vehicle such as a wagon or wheelbarrow, or a helping hand. There is always room for volunteers to assist attendees.

The 2019 distribution is sponsored by Thrivent Financial, Bonners Ferry Rotary Club, Bonners Ferry Veterinary Clinic, several churches, and numerous individuals, providing about 10,000 pounds of food to more than 200 families.
