James David Kucherry

James David Kucherry, 82, originally of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, passed away peacefully at Hospice of Coeur d’Alene on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019.

Jim was born and raised in Bonners Ferry. He has been married to Joanne (Wilke) Kucherry for the last 33 years. He leaves behind his son, Jim Dee Kucherry; daughters Lisa Kucherry and Traci (Uptain) Kucherry; and sister Mary (Lowe) Kucherry, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Jim loved fishing, along with his dog, Mack. He was a big influence on many in his community. He was a hard-working man who many looked up to. He loved to invent and patented several of his ideas.

Jim liked to share his knowledge with others and was always a leader. You could ask him a question and would always get a straight answer.

He was dearly loved and he will be truly missed.
