NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PERCENTAGE OF SALE The Boundary County Fair Board is proposing to establish a new fee to its current fee schedule. The purpose of the proposed new fee is to further assist in the upkeep and maintenance of facilities overseen by the Boundary County Fair Board at the fairgrounds. If approved, this new fee, highlighted in bold, will be added to the current Fair Board Schedule of Fees. All other fees remain the same. Boundary County Fair Board is proposing to establish a new fee of 3% of Fair Food Booth Sales excluding non-profit food vendors (with proof of non-profit status. All citizens are invited to attend a public hearing to be held at Boundary County Fairgrounds in the Valley Event Center located at 6567 Recreation Park Rd. in Bonners Ferry, Idaho at 6:30 P.M., on Monday January 6, 2020.
