Local student accepted into veterinary medicine at WSU

Kimberly Kramer has recently been accepted into the College of Veterinary Medicine at Washington State University and will begin her studies this fall.

She graduates this spring with a bachelor of science degree, double majoring in wildlife ecology and conservation sciences (pre-vet) and earth sciences/geology. She is also minoring in forestry and biology.

While at WSU, Kramer has been a member of various clubs including WSU Raptor Club, Geology Club, Pre-Vet Club, Companion Animal Club, and others.

She has been working on her senior thesis and will present this semester on the peak geothermal gradient of the Fish Creek Range in Nevada. She was recently awarded Outstanding Senior of the School of the Environment at WSU.

Kramer would like to thank everyone for their past and ongoing support, including friends, family, teachers, coworkers, and colleagues.
