Bonners Ferry High School Team, Dukes Claybusters: 30 degrees, sun breaks, north wind.

High overall and high 16-yard shooter was Sub Jr. Wyatt McDonald, who broke 22 & 18 for a total 38X50. Colin Fairchild 19&16 = 35X50, Ryan Carelli 18&16 = 34x50, Zane Carver 19&14 = 33X50, Melanie Campbell 17&15 = 32X50, Wyatt Hathaway 21&10 = 31X50, Kamen Nelson 18&11 = 29X50, new shooter Zack Carver 14&13 = 27X50.

Cassidy Underhill, Jake Cowels and Cade Jelinek — all three are improving each week.

Next week we will have the totals on teams scores and individual scores on Big-Sky I-Net shoot and the Spokesman Review standings. The Camas Prairie goes on for two more weeks. Improving school grades and shooting scores go together.

Bonners Ferry Gun Club: We had 11 shooters. Ken Nystrom and Lonny Jelinek tied for “A: class with 42X50, with Lonny winning by count back. “B” class was won by Paul Carelli with 37X50.

We had great fun in the Annies as the weather cooperated. Sunshine, 30 degrees and a slight northeast wind. I wish Dennis, Mel, Dave, and Fred would get back soon, so we had someone else to pick on in the Annies. I did notice one thing, you never get tired of shooting someone out. Haha.

Shoot safe and keep your powder dry.
