Great shooting, so hard to see the birds when they first come out of the house with a white snow background. Hoping Kamen’s new C-Z shotgun will arrive in time to shoot it this next week. Santa’s sleigh must have thrown a shoe. Next week starts the Telethon Shoots. Again the visibility was very poor and shooters were shooting new shotguns. GREAT JOB!
Bonners Ferry Gun Club
Sun, Dec. 30: Regular practice shooting. Nine shooters today. Member Bill Bustillos broke his first 25X25 at the club today. Also Charley Runnion broke 25X25, he has several now, good shooting. Nice weather today, sunshine and 36 degrees. We had Chuck Davis back for one round, as he has a bad shoulder. I hope I can even hold a gun up at 87 years of age.
Eight of us in the Annie Oakley’s, very hard to win one today. Guess everyone is out of meat at home, all were shooting well. Big week next week, will be shooting for scores in the Telethon Shoots too.
Shoot safe and straight. Happy New Year!!!! Keep your powder dry.
