NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Boundary County Board of County Commissioners will hold public hearing at 11:00 AM Monday, February 11, 2018 in the Boundary County Commissioners Office on the second floor of the Courthouse to accept public comment on Amendment Applications, 18-119, 18-120, 18-130 by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Application 18-119 involves Amending Ordinance 9B18LOV1 to clarify some definitions and correct a few typographical errors. Application 18-120 involves Amending Ordinance 9B18LOV1 to define the duration of a Variance permit to run with the land and correct a few typographical errors. Application 18-130 involves Amending Ordinance 9B18LOV1 to provide for the Planning and Zoning Commission Member length of service to be more than 2 full terms. The deadline for written comment and material for Applications 18-119, 18-120 and 18-130 is 12 PM Monday February 4, 2019.
