New awards planned for this year's fair

BONNERS FERRY — This year the Boundary County Fair is going to see something new — these special awards ribbons featured throughout the fair! They can be for anything from “Best Lily” to “Best Quick Bread” to “Best Eggs.”
There will be more than 60 special awards this year, with some being for as much as $25. The entire list is available in this year’s Fair Book; available throughout town, and at the Fair Office.
The volunteers work very hard to make our fair great. The Boundary County Fair is one of the only completely free fairs in operation left in the state of Idaho.
The fair is setting up to be another great year, thanks in part to the help and support of the community.
The dates for the fair this year are Aug. 14-17, at the Boundary County Fairgrounds.
