Bonners Ferry Family Medicine personnel win Best of Boundary County awards

BONNERS FERRY — For a large portion of Boundary County residents, Dr. Troy Geyman and his practice Bonners Ferry Family Medicine is well known, and many people are seen there. The practice recently got a facelift with the expansion of their facility, further enabling the team there to best care for their patients.
For the 2019 Best of Boundary County, Dr. Geyman won Best Medical Doctor, and Sarah Geyman won Best Nurse.
“It is an honor to serve this community. My family and I are blessed to be here,” said Dr. Troy Geyman. “Thank you for your unwavering support.”
Geyman has served the community for about 20 years, and continues to bring his expertise to help patients. He has brought a team of doctors to Bonners Ferry over the years, adding to the knowledge pool in the office and continuing to bring the best care to everyone.
Next to every doctor, is a nurse lending helping hands to them so that patients can be seen in a more timely manner, as they can take a bit of the workload off of them through completing the more mundane tasks of taking blood samples, weight, height, and other chart measurements and information.
Sarah Geyman has grown up in Bonners Ferry and over the past two years has been a nurse.
“I am honored and grateful,” said Sarah Geyman about how she feels about receiving the award of Best Nurse. “Thank you for your undying support over the last year. We look forward to many more wonderful years, serving Boundary County.”
