NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Boundary County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2019, in the Extension Office located behind the Boundary County Courthouse, 6447 Kootenai St., Bonners Ferry, Idaho, to accept public comment on a public right-of-way proposed to be included in Boundary County's Road System for maintenance and to consider the signing of documents and agreements associated with this project. Specifically, Boundary County is seeking public comment on the intent to include a new public roadway into the county's road system for maintenance once it has been constructed to county standards by Union Pacific Railroad. This proposed road is more particularly described as being in the approximate vicinity of the physical addresses of 3800 to 5200 Moyie River Road, on the eastside of the railroad tracks. The deadline for written comment and material is 5:00 p.m., Friday, July 5, 2019. The finished roadway surface will include 28-foot wide section of 3-inch asphalt paving with pavement markings.
