BONNERS FERRY — Bonners Ferry’s locally owned Realtors office, Coldwell Banker North Woods Realty, wishes to congratulate four of its agents for achieving the level of International Sterling Society with Coldwell Banker for the 2018 production.

Agents Chris Clark, Denise Winey, Lori Allen, and Sam Testa all earned International Sterling Society Memberships this year.

Obtaining this achievement sets these agents apart by recognizing their hard work and dedication, which allowed them to achieve a rank in the top 25 percent of the sales worldwide for the Coldwell Banker company.

The local numbers of United States transaction sides was 709,115, with the average sales price in the United States being $347,093 — a figure 16.5 percent higher than the National Association of Realtors (NAR) average for 2018. The company’s total sales volume in the United States reached $246.1 billion over the past year, with about a million dollars in transactions, and 30,478 in transaction sides bringing a $1.9 million average sales price. Worldwide sales by associates or representatives for the Coldwell Banker company has reached 92,159, making them a strong competitor in the housing market.

“These are the numbers you want to see when deciding where to list your house, land or business,” said CJ Tuma, owner and president of the Bonners Ferry branch of Coldwell Banker.

According to Tuma, since Coldwell Banker Heroes was founded in 2012, the network has donated more than $25 million to local charities along with over 183,000 hours of volunteer work. In 2018, Coldwell Banker Real Estate once again strategically partnered with Adopt-a-Pet.com to bring loving homes and adoptable dogs together with the Homes for Dogs Project.

“I would like to say congratulations to you four guys and gals for striving towards the top of the top in your profession,” said Tuma. “Numbers don’t lie and it shows in your acceptance into the International Sterling Society Membership association. Way to go.”

“I try to work hard to treat everybody with respect,” said Lori Allen. “I have been all about keeping my customers happy with their transactions. I was surprised to get an award and happy that I helped people find their dream house or sell their home.”

“Achieving this award is great but I really owe my clients, family and friends for the past 15 years immense gratitude for their loyalty and appreciation of my hard work and their referrals to their family and friends for their real estate need” said Broker Denise Winey. “It only makes me want to work harder to be the best Realtor I can! I look forward to a great 2019.”
