Fugitives sought on sex offense, drug charges

Two fugitives are being sought by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Jesse Matthew Garcia born October 1978, whose original case involved a sex offense with a minor child.

Jessica Ann Gale, born February 1988, also has a warrant for her arrest as a result of being charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence and drug paraphernalia.

As a reminder, unless the person has been found guilty or pleaded guilty, they are considered innocent until that time.

If anyone has information on the location of either of these individuals they are asked to contact the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office at 208-267-3151.

The Sheriff’s Office will continue to seek the public’s help in helping them locate individuals with outstanding warrants.
