What I was requested at my job recently for a state issued birth certificate I found out vital statistics put my middle name as Wallace, not Jason, which Wallace is my fathers middle name. A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:30 o'clock a.m. on April 30, 2019 at the Boundary County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court a good reason against the name change.
