Car Wash and Bake Sale to Support 9B Trails

| May 2, 2019 1:00 AM

The Bonners Ferry branch of Columbia Bank is teaming up with local non-profit organization, 9B Trails, for their annual company-wide Community Commitment Day.

Every year the different branches share the legacy of the late bank President Melanie Dressel, an avid supporter of local community volunteerism, to raise funds for a local group. This year the team at the Bonners Ferry branch has chosen to pair up with 9B Trails to have a one-day car wash in the bank parking lot to raise funds (100 percent of the proceeds will go to 9B Trails) for the four new trails the organization is developing.

In conjunction, there will also be a bake sale. Tea and coffee will be provided.

Come support 9B Trails and its mission of providing accessible non-motorized public trails in Boundary County.

The car wash will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at Columbia Bank at 6750 Main St. in Bonners Ferry.
