The Experimental Aircraft Association will be hosting a huckleberry pancake breakfast from 8-10 a.m. on Saturday, May 25, at the Boundary County Airport in the northern hanger. Proceeds go toward scholarships for the Young Eagles Flight. They will continue hosting breakfasts on the last Saturday of every month from May to September.

Porthill Cemetery cleanup is scheduled for Saturday, May 18. Mowers should plan to be there at 8 a.m. and the other volunteers at 9 a.m. with gloves, tools and ready to work.

Kootenai Tribe of Idaho will be publicly releasing Sturgeon at the Boundary County Search and Rescue boat launch from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Boundary County Library will be hosting a science presentation about Space at 10 a.m.

SATURDAY, May 11

Bonners Ferry Farmers Market: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., City Parking Lot. The market runs every Saturday from May through September.

Boundary County Library Chess Club: 10 a.m. to noon. And from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. they will be hosting an event for JRR Tolkien Day.

Trinity Lutheran Church will be hosting a Baked Potato Feed from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with proceeds going to local nonprofit organizations.

Bonners Ferry Eagles Aerie will be hosting a Mothers Day breakfast from 8-11 a.m. with donations going towards Specialized Needs Education Inc.
