BONNERS FERRY — Kenny David Corsi, who was charged in April 2018 with seven counts of rape and one count of sexual battery of a minor child, 16 or 17 years of age, entered a plea of guilty on May 23, before First District Judge Barbara Buchanan, to an amended complaint that charges him with two counts of sexual battery against a minor child, 16 or 17 years old.

According to the court reports, Corsi is accused of committing the crimes during the period of September and Nov. 15, 2017, at multiple locations in Naples. At that time, Corsi was 64, and the victim was 17.

Under the terms of the plea agreement, Boundary County Prosecutor Tevis Hull agreed that the sentences will run concurrently, which means the two sentences would run simultaneously, not one after another.

Buchanan reviewed the case and accepted Corsi’s plea, ordering a pre-sentence investigation and a psycho-sexual evaluation. Corsi’s sentencing is set for Aug. 22 at 1:30 p.m.

Corsi remains free on his own recognizance.
