Photo by MANDI BATEMAN The “Great Pumpkin” is hanging out in front of Safeway, waiting for people to try and guess how much it weighs. The enormous pumpkin was grown by Rick Maggi, who loaned the beast to Safeway for the contest. Anyone is welcome to make a guess and they will be entered in the contest. The person who guesses the closest will win a $50 Safeway Gift Card. The contest is going on now and will last through Halloween.
