Joshua James Fulton was born Sept. 10, 2019, at Bonner General Hospital in Sandpoint, Idaho. He is the son of Robert Fulton and Jocelyn Elizabeth Fulton of Bonners Ferry, Idaho. He weighed seven pounds, four ounces and was 21.5 inches long at birth. He is welcomed by big sister, Kyla, and big brothers John and Robert Jr. Maternal grandparents are Bernadette and Michael Bonner of Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
