Chamber of Commerce mission: Build, promote local economy

The mission of the Bonners Ferry Chamber of Commerce is to build and promote an economic environment that serves the interests of Boundary County residents, visitors and investors through advocacy, education, promotion and partnerships with local government, enterprises and organizations.

We are trying to assist and increase our members’ online presence, and also planning more Meet & Greets to help with networking.

With your support we can take on bigger projects to help young entrepreneurs and start-ups launch their businesses in Boundary County.

Remember, joining the Chamber gives all professionals a great way to network with each other.

One way to get the most out of your membership is to take an active role to get the most out of your investment. Also try to attend events so that everyone can get to know you.

The directory listing can generate leads right to your front door too.

Ultimately, the final decision is in your hands. If you are able to join, it can be a way to build your presence in the local community. You never know who you’ll meet and where those relationships will lead.

So if you are not a member, think about joining!

A great big rave to Shane Florea from North Idaho Collision Repair Center for taking weeks off from his business to promote the Chamber Coupon Book. As I joined him on some days it was exciting to see businesses in our area join and/or participate, it gave me a chance to also learn more about what all our community has to offer. Shane, our Board Members and myself thank you all for the great support given towards this coupon book!
