The Lady Badgers soccer team had three games in a row last week, the first two at home and the third away, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Two-time defending state champion Coeur d’Alene Charter came to town on Thursday, Sept. 19, with the Panthers shutting out the Badgers 6-0. The next day they hosted Grangeville High School and were defeated 4-1. On Saturday, Sept. 21, they took on Stillwater Christian School in Kalispell, Mont., which resulted in a 1-1 tie.

“The girls played a great game against Stillwater, tying a team that had previously beat us 4-1,” said Badgers coach Emily Winebark. “Emma Pinkerton scored our goal.”

The girls square off with Timberlake High School at 7 p.m. today, and on Saturday, they face St. George’s School at 2 p.m.
