Women's cancer support group to host Oktoberfest fundraiser

BONNERS FERRY — The Bonners Ferry Women’s Cancer Support Group will be changing their menu this year! Instead of our annual spaghetti dinner we will be serving stroganoff!

Join us for a fun night at the Chic ‘n Chop on Thursday, Oct. 3 from 5-7 p.m. Tickets will be sold at the door.

This annual event is one of the main fundraisers for the Cancer Support Group. One hundred percent of the proceeds stays in the community. So far in 2019, we have been able to provide more than $5,000 in gas vouchers to people having to travel out of town for cancer treatments.

The Cancer Support Group meets at noon on the fourth Monday of every month at the Panhandle Health Office.
