The Loyal Legion of Loggers and Lumbermen honored President Coleman at a banquet held last night at the I.O.O.F. Hall. There were over 200 in attendance.
The carload of powder ordered by the Farm Bureau was delivered on Friday and Saturday. 60 farmers received powder and their orders aggregated nearly eight tons.
Word was received here this week of another good ore strike at the Bethlehem Gold Mines, Ltd., last Monday. Gold, silver-lead, and copper ore were discovered in a new shaft at a depth of 60 feet.
