Tim Bertling is best pick for county commissioner

| April 30, 2020 1:00 AM

Five candidates are running for the position of Boundary County commissioner, District 2 in the Republican primary election. Of these five, Tim Bertling stands out as highly qualified to serve as a county commissioner.

Tim has lived in Boundary County for most of his life, graduating from Bonners Ferry High School in 1987. He owns and manages his own logging company in which he performs custom tree cutting. He also assists his wife Wendy in running her business, Selkirk Kennels near Moyie Springs. Tim served as a Boundary County school board member for 11 years. Due to his diligence in this position he was well appreciated by teachers and other employees of the school system.

As a long-time resident, Tim has an excellent understanding of the needs of Boundary County. He is a rational, honest, and thoughtful person that will help our county to function efficiently into the future. He has no personal agenda that contributed to his decision to run for office. He simply wants to serve all the citizens of the county to the best of his ability. Please support Tim Bertling for county commissioner.
