All the facts from last city council meeting ...

In the Thursday, July 23, 2020, Bonners Ferry Herald’s edition, the story by reporter Victor Corral Martinez failed to mention all the facts that took place on the previous Bonners Ferry’s city council meeting.

Pastor Warren Campbell’s character was attacked and defamed by another attendee and Pastor Campbell was denied time to defend himself. This is not the first time that something like this has happened, so he was left with no choice but to try to voice up his objection to the perceived bias or partiality showed by the committee.

I am of Hispanic descent and I been a member of Pastor Campbell’s church for close to three years now. Like I mentioned in my statement to the committee at the end of the meeting, since day one Pastor Campbell he has never shown any racism against me, my family or any other visiting his church. You might not like the message he has been commissioned by God to bring to all of us sinners on earth, but that does not give the right to anyone to lie and smear a good man’s character.

If the Bonners Ferry Herald wants to show true journalism, impartiality, and fairness they will post this letter on their letters to editor section.
