A visit home delighted with town’s beauty

My brother and myself just wanted to drop a line to the Herald.

We were in town, over the weekend, that had been planned to be the all class reunion and Kootenai River Days. It’s really unfortunate those events had to be canceled. Under the circumstances with the COVID-19, we understand.

The reason for this message is that we wanted to share our thoughts how attractive your town looked. All the beautiful flowers, just gorgeous. It’s a shame more folks couldn’t have seen the results, in the hopes to make this a special event. It did not go unnoticed.

We feel fortunate to have been there.
