Three Mile Water District REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Professional Engineering and Consulting Services Three Mile Water District, a political subdivision of the State of Idaho (the "District") is seeking engineering and consultant related services pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2320. The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select an engineering consultant to prepare a Capital Facility Plan that will identify a Comprehensive Water Plan and include an Environmental Docket to aid the District in updating and identifying future needs of the District's water system and infrastructure.
