BONNERS FERRY — Boundary Consignments strives to be a family department store for the community and consistently aims to provide seasonal necessities at a fraction of large retail stores’ cost.

According to owner Nancy Croll, “Instead of paying wholesalers for our inventory, we get to pay individuals in the community for their gently used clothes.”

The superb service and quality selection have cemented Boundary Consignment as the award winner for the best secondhand and consignment store.

Boundary Consignment makes it their priority to keep all kids’ sizes in stock at all times with the hope of saving residents the drive to a box store further away.

Croll has operated the consignment store for three years and employs three people to staff the store; she hopes to create business expansion in spring but has not released any details just yet.

A great benefit of shopping with Boundary Consignment is anything not sold is donated to charities such as Hope House and Blessed Beginnings.

On Aug. 29, Boundary Consignment, in partnership with Clover & Company, offers a $10 bag sale and all proceeds will go to local charities.

Croll appreciates the many residents who patronize her store including other businesses who show support for Boundary Consignment,

“We love giving the community a safe and convenient place to outfit their families at a good price,” Croll said. “ we are also grateful for the relationships we get to build as we continue to grow our store.

Boundary Consignment started as Baby-Go-Round in 2009 and was then purchased by the Crolls in 2017. A community contest in Nov. 2018 picked the renaming of the store.

Any given day, you can find members of the whole Croll family in-store working to maintain their store and offering excellent customer service.

“We are a family run business; our whole family helps, including our children,” Croll said.

Boundary Consignment is located at 7196 Main St. and can be reached at (208) 267-4466
