Sam Gorton of Bonners Ferry graduated last month as an Airman E-2 from U.S. Air Force Basic Training, Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is currently at Air Force transportation/logistics technical school at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Gorton, a 2019 graduate of Bonners Ferry High School, is the son of Steve and Mary Gorton of Bonners Ferry.
