Bonners Ferry High School Trap Team, “Dukes Claybusters”:
Well here we are in the year 2020 and starting our winter League shooting. Wishing everyone a great New Year. Shooting started off with 37 degrees, windy and cold. Some good scores, first 16 yard score counts with no practice. The Spokesman Review is only 16 yards, only the best four high scores. Big Sky I-Net shoot, is 16 yards plus 2 yards add for handicap 25, (if you break 24X25 you have to stand back at 26 yard line for the second 25 targets), then add the two scores together for the best out of 50.
Spokesman shoot: Sub. Jrs. 14 years of age and younger — Kamen Nelson 23, Colin Fairchild 22, Cassidy Underhill 20, and Wyatt McDonald 20 = 85X100 total.
Juniors 15 to 18 years of age: Wade Rice 22, Dane Hathaway 22, Torsten Conover 20, and Wyatt Hathaway 19 = 83X100 total.
Over the Hill Gang — Spokesman Review: Wally Dinning 25, Bill Bustillos 24, Lonny Jelinek 23, and Dean Nelson 22 = 94X100 total.
