Bowling event to benefit Alzheimer's Association

Bowling for Alzheimers will be held on Saturday, Feb. 1, at AJ’s Lanes bowling alley. The event will help raise funds to help end Alzheimer’s.

People are encouraged to create a team of three or come on their own. There will be prizes for top fundraiser, top score by age, and more. Participants can sign up for a time between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., but walk-ins are welcome.

Participants are encouraged to have their friends sponsor them. There is a minimum of $25 donation per hour of bowling (tax deductible). Shoes and balls are provided. Food will be available at AJ’s Lanes with a portion of the proceeds going toward the Alzheimer’s Association. The event is sponsored by Bonners Ferry Walkers.
